Requiring Saturday checkin/out JUST in the summer

I used to be able to require 7-day stays JUST in the summer, with check-in and out on Saturdays only, as that's how the summer goes on Cape Cod. The rest of the year folks can stay as few as two nights and check in and out any day they'd like. I only see an option to pick one way, globally/all year long, is that so?

Oh, and I know I can change the length of stay for various days/weeks, it's the check-in and out option..... do I only have one choice for the entire year?
