Restricting check in and check out for specific dates

I would like to restrict check in and check out for specific dates, rather than days. If I do days then it applies it for the whole of my calendar. I only want to do this for specific dates. Is there a way to do this?

You can do this by activating Airbnb's Professional Tools that are totally free and available to us all now, even with one listing.  I've been using them for years now and give me a great deal of freedom to customise different length of stays during certain periods and you can restrict check-in and check out days by creating a specific "rule set"
