Really need help,  for my listing as I’m not getting bookings.  Please review and Thank you in advance!

Hi Latonya13,

when I looked at your first listing my initial response was it looked odd, almost disheveled. I would possibly add more to the room to give more visual appealing. 
i don’t about the bathroom picture, unable to read sign ? Why would have one in there. It’s like a public bathroom. Retaken pictures after you decorate a bit & get rid of the toilet bowel brushes. 
The pictures in the 2nd listing it dawned on me it’s the same house. Add the laundry are to the 1st listing as well. The 2nd listing looks more appealing. 
Decorate a tad more, get better pictures, consider a professional. Show the common spaces for both units more plus a few more appealing outside pictures as well

Offer a promotion/discount as well
