Hello @Vishnu42, you have a very nice and well-maintained property.

I will have some recommendations.

If you rent out rooms in your house, you need to create a separate listing for each room. In this case, each room will have its own calendar, and different rooms can be booked separately by different guests. You can also create another listing - for the whole house.

After that, you need to link the calendars of each room to the calendar of the whole house.

And one more advice - take professional photos (including daylight photos) of the rooms, house, territory and surroundings. Professional photos will look completely different and will show all the advantages of your property.

While the place looks beautiful, clean, and very inviting, I’m a bit uncertain about the concept. Airbnb describes it as "Room in a farm stay, Your own room in a home, plus access to shared spaces," but what exactly does that mean?

I think it would be helpful if you clarified in your description what kind of wonderful place this is. - Is it a hotel, a bed and breakfast, a farm, or a private home? The place looks fantastic, and I’m confident that once you clarify these basic details, your Airbnb listing has the opportunity to be very successful.

Good morning @Vishnu42 , my suggestions are more pictures of the day- show me the lounge chairs and how the pool is set up for guests. If you tell me there is a full bathroom and I only see the shower, I get concerned. How do guests staying in different rooms interact? Do they all use the kitchen at the same time? Is there enough items in the kitchen for everyone or is there service that is provided to the guests. Is this a hotel or a private home. As I see attendants in a picture, I see it as a hotel and expect services, help with luggage, linen calls, etc. Is there an option to rent the entire venue or just a room or two? This looks like a gorgeous modern home. What makes it a farm? Thank you for the opportunity to review and much luck to you!
