my listing is showing as shared space on living room and bedroom 2
this is incorrect as guests have a private apartment
If I try to change anything on Rooms and spaces it won’t save, get an error message everytime, so I cannot change

Have you opted in early to the new release and are you using the new photo tour?
Have you tried this on a computer/laptop and also on a phone?
if so, try logging off your account on phone. Delete the Airbnb app and reinstall it. Then login again on chrome on your phone using your email address (not your phone #)
if that doesn’t work, log off your account on computer and login again on a different browser using your email address (not your phone number) and try again.
let us know here if that works. I’m sure other hosts having same problem.

Hmmm....
Double check a few things:
Go to Rooms and Spaces and look at every room. Make sure you have not accidentally turned on "shared" slider:
If you do actually have some shared spaces (driveway, back yard, etc.), then you must complete the bottom section to include who these spaces are share with for this to work properly on Airbnb. Be sure to click "Done": If you don't have any shared spaces anywhere on the property, then be sure none of these boxes are checked:

That is the problem the sliders won’t turn off
and Airbnb couldn’t help on phone

Hmmmm....Ok. This might be an "If, then" situation with how this section is programmed. Be sure to refresh your screen after each change to ensure the system has accepted your edits. Do this on a laptop/computer (not your phone).
- I would try going to the bottom section and check the box that says "Me" and Click "Done". (refresh your browser).
- Then go back to the slider buttons you have ON in one of the rooms and see if you can turn it OFF. If you can turn off, go to the other room that has the slider ON and turn it OFF. (refresh your browser)
- Then go to the bottom section and uncheck "Me" and click Done. (refresh your browser)
