SRTA for listings in NSW Australia

Hi Community,

Hoping to find other aussie hosts in this forum.

When trying to load my updated STRA (short-term rental accommodation) number, the app crashes.

On the app, a "pretty print" message pops up and the app freezes.

On the website (Chrome and Edge). the page is displayed for a few seconds, then goes blank too.

What could be the issue?
