Search results - Only shows up when very specific neighborhood is defined

Hi all,

I have a property that is only showing up in search results for its specific neighborhood.  However, if I search the entire town it does not show up at all. Even when I zoom into the map in its location.  Any suggestions?

Town: Falmouth, MA (does not show up)

Neighborhood: East Falmouth, MA (shows up)

Additional info: If I search for the town bordering the neighborhood (Mashpee, MA) it shows up in those search results.  

Very strange.

The location of a stay also may have a large impact on how the listing appears in search results. I wanted to drop in an existing resource, if you would like to explore How search results work further.
