Searching USA Properties Keeps Taking Me To The Coast In Africa

Something is really broken with Airbnb's search feature. Every time I try to find specific properties in the United States ... the map will all of a sudden zoom out, take me to Africa, and then zoom in on on the ocean off the coast of Ghana. It then proceeds to show me properties that are in the ocean.  This needs to be fixed ASAP.  How can I get this escalated?

Is this issue still happening for you? If so, here are a few troubleshooting steps that could help:

✨ Log out (on all affected devices/browsers)

✨ Close all browser windows/tabs (on all affected devices/browsers)

✨ Open ONE new window (on all affected devices/browsers)

✨ Clear cache and cookies and browser history (on all affected devices/browsers)

✨ Delete & re-install app (if applicable)

✨ Then try to log in with your email address
