Hi @Colette459
Luv your place! Lots of great suggestions from @Marie8425 @Fabienne617 . A few things I noticed:
Title
Your title should include your best amenities/unique features. Maybe how close you are to the beautiful beaches? Something like:
"10mins to XXXXX Beach - Firepit & Game Room"
Amenities List
Your amenities list appears incomplete? Looks like you didn't add alot of the amenities available for Hosts to list especially under the Kitchen heading? Most homes of this size have well over 50 amenities listed. I would go thru the amenities section of your listing under each heading and ensure you have listed ALL the amenities you have. Don't forget to add details that are indicated by the pencil icon. For example, your listing says "washing machine" but you didn't indicate if it's free? in the unit? To add an amenity hit the (+) sign. To add the details to an amenity use the edit button and click the pencil icon:
A complete amenities list will look something like this on the listing:
Photo Captions
Add caption/descriptions to every photo. This tells the story of your property visually. Guests need to understand what they are seeing in the photo.
Add Photos of Important Amenities
You mention a fire pit, but I don't see a photo of it? Make sure the fire is going and I would take the picture at twilight. You mention you provide beach towels/chairs etc., but no photo of it? You mention a washer/dryer but no photo of it? You get the idea 😊
Hi @Colette459, I wish I could dive into my screen and be transported to your listing! 😍🏖
I'd like to invite some of our wonderful Hosts to kindly share their feedback on your listing @Lorina14, @Alicia753 and @Eileen462 🙏🏽
Hi @Colette459 , my name is Fabienne and I am a new host. I’d like to mention two things I added to my place that will attract guests, remember we live in south Florida, we are surrounding with beaches. I added beach towels and sunscreen in a nice beach bag, and I also added a few games like: UNO,monopoly, dominoes, cards and another one called “let’s get deep in case they want to stay inside and relax without being on their phon or watch TV. Here’s my link
@Colette459 the actual description is quite short. I would put more information. III go through my reviews to see what guests highlight.. I noted guests commented often on cleanliness people usually mention something often because pleasantly surprised which can be good but your condo offers soo much more. I wouldn't take up a bunch of your ad space butt I would highlight because not all rentals are clean. Especially if two adult couples they don't want to deal with a sticky countertop..
One guest mentioned beach items amenities another thing I would highlight not bringing a simple chair for the beach in your luggage is a highlight.
Another thing II seen on someone else's listing II thought was really neat was I think she populated other things to know so it displayed when you looked at full description, she listed like restaurants beaches and supermarkets and distances.
This is great advice thank you!
