Service fee tab is not visible on Payouts & Payments help!

Hi 

I'm trying to remove the Service fees from my listings (and pay for them on behalf of my guests) to make a 'simplied pricing'. 

I see this is a popular trend in my area so I want to compete with other listings and offer the same. 

However, the tab is not visible in my Payouts & Payments section. 

I'm looking on the desktop version so it should be visible but it's not there. 

Please could someone help?

You mean you want to switch from Split-Fee structure to Host-Only Fee structure.

This can be done in your account.

If the tab "Service fee" is not there, then the option is not offered in the region you are in.

If other people in same region are using Host-Only fee, then they are probably using a Channel Manager (external software) and are obliged to use Host_only fee)
