Several issues for a new hoster, yet to start proper business

(1) the pin indicating location doesn't work (2) I can't edit details about my listing (3) AirBnB management is asking for details so that I can receive payment but I can't follow it through via the channels they've sent (4) the info available is not at all clear about AirBnB charges on hosting

Issue 1 & 2

You'll have to contact Airbnb regarding the map pin not working. As long as you don't have any reservations, you can move the map pin slightly. It is under the location card/square in your listing editor.
