Should we let guest know that there a concrete landscaping happening in the backyard?

it’s a new house and new listing as well , it mentioned the backyard not ready for use.

Personally I would block off the dates when you want your workers to landscape your garden. The noise and dust is not going to make for a great stay @Mariam336 and likely to lead to bad reviews.
