Similar renting history information

Hi

I would like to get rental history information on *sensitive information removed* .  We will be closing on the home withing a couple of weeks and are interested in renting it through Airbnb.  Before we do, we would like some statistics for like rentals in that area for the last year.

Ask the owner for the rental history @Tim3430 

And you can pay for market research data through your local tourist board/Airdna etc

remember lots of markets now over saturated
