Ski in / ski out filter makes our property disappear

We have a true ski in / ski out property with photos and reviews to prove it.  We selected ski in / ski out on the amenities page for our listing.  However our list gets dropped and disappears when guests use the ski in / ski out filter to do a search.  Help us please!  We have been trying to get this resolved for months and are losing business because of this.
