Space reviews listings

Hi everyone, I’m thrilled to be part of this community! I have two listings, but I’ve noticed an issue where all my reviews are showing up under my house listing and not the apartment. I’m also wondering if I should simplify my listings—currently, I have four because Airbnb doesn’t allow me to list a one-bedroom apartment that sleeps five, so I split the options. However, I’m concerned this could be confusing to guests or make the listings look suspicious.

The apartment is stunning, reasonably priced, but isn’t getting as many bookings as I’d expect. I even noticed it didn’t show up when I searched for it today, and I’m at a loss on how to fix this. I’m deeply passionate about my job; before Airbnb, I was an accountant for Ridley Scott, but after falling very ill and not being able to walk for three years, Airbnb gave me a new sense of identity, and I’ve found I’m really great at it. So, it’s very important for me to get this right! Any advice, guidance, or support would be so appreciated.

Thanks so Much!

@Maxine66  First let me say the spaces look gorgeous! Your style is amazing. They are clean and bright and everything anyone would be looking for. That part you've definitely got down right!

I'm counting 9 listings on your profile all with the same cover photo. If you think you have 4, that might be the issue. It's pretty suspicious to see duplicate listings and people will think you are a scam of some sort. It's a definite red flag in a world where we have to be careful online. Even if you split the 1 bedroom, that would make only 5 listings. I would absolutely clean up your listings so that it's only 1 listing per each unit/room rented. If you need help, call support.

On the rental unit, it says it's 1 bedroom and 1bed, but then there is a statement that it's perfect for group trips. That does not make sense. Either something is misrepresented or descriptions are mixed up between your listings. This is another red flag to people searching. If it were me, I'd stop looking at that point and move on thinking it's a fake listing! Definitely not something we want to have happening.

Since your pictures are so lovely, it actually is further evidence of scam listings because they usually steal some photo offline to post on these fake listings. So in my opinion, you really must organize the listings better and you will see a giant increase in bookings and reviews filing in the right place. You should be sure to exactly represent what the booker will get in each and don't try to over-fluff it. They shine just as they are!
