Special offer-What amount should I put in the Subtotal?

I would like to give special pricing to a potential client like this. What amount I should put on the Subtotal on the Special Offer page?

I mean I would like them to pay the amount of $6774, but I don't know if I should put $6,124 ($6554-780+350) like the sample price. If I do, I don't know if the Airbnb service charge would be the same as $650 cause I heard that the service charge varies.

Hi @Justin1729

All you can do is put in your total amount, ensuring you include the cleaning fee in the total price.  It should also show you what the guest will pay so you can keep changing it to see what the guest will pay.  Typically the guest service fee is 14.2% but it can sometimes fluctuate.  It used to be based on the total amount and it would go down the more the reservation amount.

I hope this helps!
