St Catharine’s / Port Dalhousie

Hello. I am considering opening up my home in Port Dalhouise St. Catharines for air bnb. 

Would anyone be able to give me any feedback as to bookings in that area ? Is there a need for air bnb in off season? Winter months ? How many booking can I expect to get?
