Is there any way to get Airbnb to consider adding a cancellation policy that includes a full refund if the guest cancels with...

Feeling frustrated ! I am probably just having a moan because there is something that is niggling at me because I don't know how I can fix it, in fact I know I can't, which is what is getting to me.
So my latest review - overall 5* - Woohoo ! Individual categories all 5* except what I've listed below:-
Check-in - 4* with extra remarks of responsive host & clear instructions. These guests arrived a little earlier than eta, which shows they didn't get lost etc. So I am unsure why the 4* and what I can do to help with an easier check in.
Accuracy - 4* with extra remarks of Looks like the photos, matched the description & had listed amenities & services. How more accurate does this have to be to gain 5*
I know in the long run this doesn't affect overall, but it is shown on the listing and it could prompt peoples decisions whether to book or not.
As Airbnb is so uptight on the 5* review, it would be really helpful if guests give anything less, they are prompted to explain why ? Or would that be opening another can of worms ??
And the other thing this guest noted is that it is walkable, which I am afraid I disagree with as we are extremely rural and no pavements or street lighting. Yes there are plenty of walks nearby, but walkable to any shops, pubs, public transport is possible but over a mile away and along country lanes. This could be mis-interpreted by other future guests who then might judge the listing on that point in their review. In fact thinking about it, do future guests see the added extra comments ? @Bhumika @Quincy

Hi @Ruth413 ,
Sorry to get back to you on this so late. I was digging for more information about this.
Future guests will not be able to view the added extra comments, all they can view is just the overall review they have put regarding your stay.
I hope this lessens your worries about this particular instance you faced!

@Ruth413 thankfully the sub categories are only recorded to 1 decimal place so it is quite easy to get them back to 5.0
I’m still confused about the sub-stories. I have 281 reviews with the overall rating being 5.0, but I have one guest give me a 4 for location and one guest give me a 4 for value. Can you tell me how will this affect those 2 categories and listing overall? Thank you!
@Danlee1 If you have 1x4* and 280x5* for location (or value) then the location category will be 4.996 which is shown as 5.0 to the one decimal place for the subcategories.
The overall rating is shown to 2 decimal places so only overall ratings go into this calculation but it is harder to maintain a 5.00 rating:
For example 140 x 5* plus 2 x 4* gives 4.986. To 2 decimal places this is 4.99 whereas to 1 decimal place this is 5.0
Finally, just to be clear, the individual categories have no effect whatsoever on the overall rating.
Thank you so much to
taking the time to explain that to me in detail. I really appreciate it and now understand!
