Start up not sure where to begin

Hello I’m new to all of this. I’ve listed my property for over a year on Airbnb but I haven’t actually done anything with it. I’m now considering my options

I have a seven bedroom property in Chelmsford with four bathrooms close to the city centre I’m considering Airbnb but cohosting as I work full-time and I have a family I need to know where to start and what that would look like? 

the overall alternative is I would love to find a long-term company to let out my property maybe a care home or supportive living. How do I go about this?

you would probably attract booking if you photographed all the rooms in your house , labelled your photos and wrote a fuller description of your property detailing rooms, key amenities and your location

check with your competitors to see if your pricing is competitive.

owners normally look for cohosts who are experienced hosts themselves who understand how to market properties , how STR platforms work, and who have great ratings and reviews .

it would probably be better to update your listings , hopefully gain some experience and great reviews before you try and offer cohosting services to others  @Parmi12
