Sudden Drop in Listing Visibility and Bookings

Hello,

I’ve noticed that my listings have suddenly lost visibility and are no longer appearing within the first 15 pages of search results. There have been no recent negative reviews or guest complaints, so I’m unsure why this drop has occurred. This issue has significantly impacted our booking performance, as we are currently not receiving any new reservations. Can anyone guide me how to rectify this issue? 

According to Airbnb support team title, description and photos are excellent.

I don't have an opportunity to have a detailed look at the moment - but it's likely because you have a 4.66 rating with some of your listings being rated at 4.22.

if you împrove standards at your listings you are likely to get better reviews and therefore appear higher up. 

Airbnb sees anything at 4.6 or lower as poor ratings and can suspend hosts in this position - particularly when you have a number of listings with low ratings as you have.

Thank you for your kind message and the month of July was 90% book, I am surprised but I want to connect the other hosts and want to learn some more tips to increase the occupancy for upcoming season.
