I have been on airbnb for 7 years. I had 5 star SuperHost status for about 5 years. This year I had 3 bad reviews, a 1 star, and a couple of three stars, from short term rentals. I have over 20 pictures showing exactly what I have. They complained about not having a private entrance, and "dirty glasswware and kitchenware". My kitchenware is used. And I personally check to see after my maid cleans to make sure they are all clean. I state clearly that there is no private entrance and that I occupy the 1st and 2nd floor. I have medium to strict cancellation policy. I don't do flexible anymore as in my experience it attracts bad clients.
What has been your experience with this and how have you SuperHost maintained your status? Do you tell them that you will refund their money if they don't leave a review?
I am considering taking my listing off of airbnb and using other platforms or just starting over. What are your thoughts? Here is my listing: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/34705968?guests=1&adults=1&s=67&unique_share_id=b5e1d309-90fa-49ab-a139...
