Suddenly no calendar import option on my properties

Not sure if anyone can help or not. Suddenly, I found out none of my properties have the option to import other ical calendars. This has caused me 3 over bookings in the last 2 days. These properties have been on airbnb for many years. I use a 3rd party vendor, iGMS, as my overall management tool. I have contacted them and they are looking into it also. 

 

I tried to research on this community but couldn't find any posts about this particular problem.

 

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as I have snoozed all my listings for a couple of days until hopefully, I can get it figured out.

Hi Jenny,

 

No I haven't found anyone yet that can help. I've had to snooze all but 1 of my listings. I know a few days back I got a bunch of odd emails regarding changes to old reservations which didn't make sense at the time. I am guessing that maybe that was when something happened.

@Poliana15 rather than snooze the listings you could just switch Instant Book off until you manage to sort this out.

One of the reasons we do not use a channel manager is that when things go wrong the different companies involved just point to each other and it becomes a nightmare to sort out.

Were you able to forward this to your bugs team? I still am unable to import an ical into any of my properties. They are all greyed out.
