Suggestions for my listing

Hi. I have been hosting on Airbnb for nearly 4 years. My properties have been on the first or second page for some time. But these couple of months no matter how much I adjust the price or make attractive titles and pictures....they are always at page 5,8,10....or something and bookings are rare! Though holiday season is just around the corner. Even with instant book and flexible cancellations. Nothing seems to work anymore!

Probably you've dropped down the rankings because you have what Airbnb considers very low ratings. They often suspend ratings that drop that low @Az-Lux0 

would you book somewhere that was rated 3.9 for cleanliness and had low ratings for other categories?

@Az-Lux0 I totally agree with @Helen3 assessment and advise that you focus on getting your overall rating up, especially cleanliness.

@Az-Lux0 Your reviews are horrible. Work on getting your rating up to a minimum of 4.9* to increase your visibility.

I agree with @Helen3 , reviews are really important for positioning, especially now with the new Winter Release, You should focus on getting better reviews, starting from cleaning.
