@Chloe426  Overall, your place looks really nice. From the comments in your reviews, it seems like whoever is doing the turnover isn't checking everything thoroughly. Obviously, some guests are difficult and never pleased, but there were comments about not enough bowls, dirty porch furniture, etc. More attention to everything during turnover should help. 

While I'm not a huge TV watcher myself, it's probably worth it to invest in a TV for the common space, so guests can watch TV together. Hey, it's the great American pastime, right? 

Also, if your guest capacity is 6, you have to have a dining table that seats six. I couldn't tell, but it looks like yours seats 4?

Thank you @Kia272 ! Yes, I’ve spoken to our cleaner and have asked her to clean the porch. I thought she was. 
I’ll put a TV in the main space and we plan to get a large table. I appreciate your feedback.
