Sunday to Sunday or Saturday to Saturday

Hi All -

We are renting our house weekly.  Right now the listing is Sunday to Sunday.

Just curious - what are most of you doing for weekly?  Do you have opinions on Sat-Sat vs Sun-Sun?

@Brant25 Many in the UK do Fri-Fri. I suspect this is so cleaning staff are employed on  working days  PLUS it allows 3 night weekends (fri/sat/sun) and 4 night weekdays (mon/tues/wed/thurs)

I suggest to figure out your best schedule also look at your market.  What are the most popular days to visit your area?    Maybe consider something like Wednesday to Wednesday instead of near weekends?

Are there community events that attract tourists do you align with them?

Other weekly rentals in your area what limitations do they have?

I don't set a weekly start day here in Ireland but I do know when we ourselves  are booking on  most European sites they start on  Saturday.

I suppose as someone already stated it's harder to get Sunday preparation staff and here it's double pay for staff so a lot more expensive
