I'm the primary host for a listing that we manage collectively as a family. We do have the superhost status. However, the superhost badge does not appear on the listing. Why is that ?

Do note the part However, any guest reviews and ratings will be left for the listing admin.
I spoke to Airbnb and they will provide my listing with the superhost banner. AirBnB advised that there was an update and somehow my banner was removed but that she could still see my listing active as a superhost.
She confirmed that because my primary host is a superhost, and the primary host is the one interacting with the guests, my listing fits the criteria for the superhost banner.
Thankfully the image that I had saved showing my superhost banner is what caused airbnb to do a deeper check. otherwise, their answer was just "no".
@Hugo633 Well, good. A lot of things went haywire lately when they did their new updates.
Yes, always good to screenshot things in case there's an error you have to prove to them. Also always make sure to make a note of guests' phone numbers as soon as their booking is confirmed, in case Airbnb removes the info.
Very sorry to see the loss of the Superhost filter. VRBO still has the Premier Host option and if so, I plan to use VRBO instead. Which would waste less of my time.
I believe this is the result of their new upgrade. They are calling previous “rare finds” “guest favorites” instead…and that seems to be the premier label now. Superhost status is no longer featured, just attached to the host profile and is also no longer in the search filters.
