Superhost for 5 years. Suddenly suspended and removing for good!??

Highly rated superhost for 5 years and running 8 listings on Airbnb. I was given noticed on Nov 13 to appeal until Dec 14. On Dec 20 all 2025 new bookings were canceled. During last month time, I have called in and emailed countless times only being told they are confirmed to remove my account. 

Should I hire a lawyer to start arbitration? The legal process will be costly and long. But it seems the only way left now. I suffered huge financial loss in Nov, Dec and next year due to the suspension.

What reason did they give you for deleting your listings @Jen5327 when they gave you notice in November they were considering cancelling the listings? 

Is it related to the STR regulations in NY ?  Do you have the appropriate STR license? 

I would suggest if you have the appropriate  STR licensing that you focus on marketing your listings through other STR platforms and by taking direct bookings .

If you did this through Airbnb why would they say this violates their ToS.?

They basically say I manipulated and played the system
