Suspended - Guests can’t find this listing in search results or book it.

I can not reply to any massages sent to me about my account with there APP or tell me why it was suspended for 2 weeks now. no phone calls or emails. can someone help me. the numbers are picked up by people that cant help me only takes my info but nobody at Airbnb has called or email a reason why my account is suspended. HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
