Suspended Host Account

Hello,

I’m looking for a little guidance. I’m beyond angry, frustrated and completely confused.

Four days ago my host account was suspended. I’m a super host, I obtained super host in less than 60 days. I’ve been hosting independently for roughly 5 months. I have a 4.98 rating and I’ve never had any issues with any of my listings. I keep reaching out multiple times a day, send emails, and messages in the chat. I keep getting the same email template and the same response.

I wish I knew what triggered this type of punitive action. If I had violated any of the community hosting guidelines, I’d gladly correct it.

Does anyone have experience in this matter? If so, what was the outcome?

thank you in advance.

@Ncv1 A few possibilities:

1) Has a recent guest been unhappy?

2) Did any of your listings mention parties?

3) You say you have been hosting independently for 5 months. Prior to this were you associated with someone else who has maybe been removed from the platform?

Oh gosh! NCV1 isn’t my host account name at all. That was the name to a previous company I was associated with. The host account that I have now has been my account since early 2022. My NCV account was opened in May 2023. It is possible that they are in someway connected and Airbnb is going to deactivate one or both?

@Ncv1 As the rules say you can have only one account it is entirely possible that this is your problem. It will be an especial problem if the previous company is in some sort of trouble with Airbnb.

I am confused though because I can see suspended listings under the Ncv1 account.

Oh that is really odd. My host account is under my name Haley. My companys name is Live Your Best Life vacations. What do you think the resolution could?
