Suspended properties can be posted by another property manager?

Hi.  Morning 

I got email from emails said my account are removed . so I think I can’t do Airbnb business anymore 
My question is 

Another  property manager can post the list  and manager these properties instead of me ? Right?

If not. Airbnb means the properties can’t be used for Airbnb’s business anymore?

of course.  Another manager will use their Airbnb account. They have lots of experience better than me
