The incorrect cover photo showing

Hey

My cover photo on my listing has been the same for a while but all of a sudden the first photo you see on the listing has changed! I have checked my photos and the photo I want to be the cover photo is labeled cover photo so I'm lost! 

Anyone got any ideas?

Yes this situation is quite common with hosts who offer a bedroom unfortunately.  The algorithm overrides the cover photo that the host has selected for some wild reason! 

Right now, when I go onto your listing, I see a picture of a sofa rather than a picture of the lovely bed.  Which one have you chosen as your cover photo?

What seems to happen, is that when guests pick the "room category" in the filters, this is when a different picture appears.  The workaround is to put that non desired photo in the "additional photos" and upload the desired  cover photo again.  If that doesn't work, delete the photo from your listing that AI have chosen, chose your photo and then upload the deleted photo again.  This usually works but you have to bear in mind that AI may change it back again so keep an eye on your listing regularly!
