Please tell me if the property is for sale, do I need to register a new page or can I correct the data on the current page and enter the new owner's details? How do I do this correctly?

@Иван16  You need to create a new listing in the new owner's name. Airbnb listings aren't transferable and all the ratings and reviews stay with the profile of the previous owner.
