Using my Macbook I am having the problems noted above.
I can get full access with my iPhone.
This has been going on for about three days now.
I have the same problem. Only a problem when looking on the website and only when in hosting "mode". I just found out today that the website is fine (including messages) when switched to travelling view/mode.
Hi Same issue ok on Apple Mobile , no Joy on laptop - Edge and Chrome...
Did what you said and can see messages which at least lets me contact guests.

I've been on my Mac this morning and cannot access my listing when I use Chrome but the issue is fixed when I switch to Safari. An other host on the French forum has also posted with the same issue.
Let us know if switching to Safari works for you🤞

I have the same issue in the U.K. Can’t access my messages or reservations on my iPad or laptop. My iPhone appears to be working for now.
As a host it’s not ideal!

Yes we are experiencing exactly the same issue. We have tried all of above and still no change. Can see messages in 'travelling' mode only.
Hi Rebecca, like these other users here I'm having the same issue using my pc, calendar is blank and messages blank also, have tried all you suggest to no avail.
The app on my phone is working but as a host with 2 airbnb spaces I offer in my home this isn't ideal.... what can be done?
I've just spoken to airbnb support, they've had other calls from hosts with the same issue and not just in the UK. The lady I've spoken to is looking into it and will get back to me, I'll let you all know the outcome!
Hi Rebecca, I tried what you suggested on Sunday evening and again today, Tuesday afternoon and it’s not made any difference on my iPad or laptop.
I called Airbnb support on Monday and they told me it’s a Global issue and I’d be told when it was resolved. In the meantime they gave me a workaround on my laptop which involves using Chrome as your browser and then opening a window in incognito mode before accessing the Airbnb website. Not ideal but at least I’m able to respond to guests.

@Rebecca Thanks. I did this in Safari, my seldom used browser and it worked. I'm reluctant to use it on Chrome as I will lose previous history, passwords etc.
This seems like an AirBnB problem that they need to fix.

Same here. Can't get on on anything other than my iphone, and the number of characters per message has also been massively reduced so can't copy and paste the usual blurb! Please help!
