Unable to add a new Custom Promotion

I recently created a new Listing, so that I could lease my home with just one bedroom, instead of the whole house. (Easier for me and suitable for couples, who are common guests). I set up the New Listing Promotion and that has gone well. I now have my first three bookings, and the New Listing Promotion has expired. I still cannot add a new Custom Promotion, though, which seems strange.

I have contacted SuperHost support, but we have just sent messages back and forth with no answer still. Support wants to call me, but I teach and the calls are often at the wrong time of day for my timezone. It is very hard to time. Also, to me, this is a fairly simple question. 

 

Has anyone else experienced this problem? I have 3 other Listings and do not remember ever having this problem before. From memory I added a Custom Promotion as soon as the New Listing Promotion had expired. I like to keep the momentum going after those first 3 bookings.

Here is an Airbnb link that explains why sometimes Custom Promotions aren't available to certain listings so you may fall into one or several of the categories but at the bottom of the link, you'll see what other promotions you CAN use to offer discounted stays:

Thank you! I tried but could not find this information anywhere. 

 

I see now. The new Listing is currently blocked due to a booking in one of my other Listings.  I'll try again once that booking is completed.
