Unable to list property

Kia ora

Im currently unable to list a property, I have been trying for over a week and it continutes to bring up an error messgae saying "Something went wrong, Oops, loos like theres an issue. Dont worry, your progress on previous steps have been saving." 

This message is right at the begining when trying to get started on making a listing.

I have tried to message Airbnb Support but it continues to say that messgage not sent.

Hello @Georgina336 

Even your profile page is coming up with an error message when I click on it.   Have you gone through the ID verification process with Airbnb?  Need to be verified before you can list your place.

You need to contact Airbnb about the issue..

No i havent been able to find their details to contact other than messaging which does not send

Our host shared the correct number to call. Did you try contacting them again? What did they say?
