Unable to publish listing. No AirBnB customer support

Hi everybody,

 

Has anybody experienced errors publishing their listing on AirBnB before? When I go to publish my listing I just receive "Your listing cannot be published at this time". I have contacted AirBnB numerous times with 0 success talking to "support ambassadors". Each agent I talk to is unaware of past conversations I have had.

 

Does anybody know the right way to escalate or talking to customer support who actually know what they are talking about?

Hi @Jenny1932  

 

Kindly check your hosting dashboard, the “Today tab” There, you can confirm a few details (like your address or ID), so you can publish your listing.

 

You can make changes to your listing later. You can update your calendar availability,  photo tour, house rules to updating your cancellation policy and calendar settings.

Hello @Jenny1932, excellent advice from our experienced Host @Patricia2526. Please let us know when you've tried these suggestions, and if the error persists, follow these steps to address any potential bugs:

 

  • Log out.
  • Close all browser windows and tabs.
  • Open a new window or tab.
  • Clear your cache, cookies, and browsing history.
  • If you're using an app, delete and reinstall it.
  • Log back in using EMAILFROM_ACCOUNT

 

Let us know if any of these suggestions resolve the issue.
