I'm trying to book a reservation and every time I get to the summary screen, it says "Update your trip details to get accurate pricing and more."
All of the details are there and it happens regardless of the house I pick. Any ideas?

I am experiencing this issue as I am a first time AirBnb user. I think it is just a verification process that is preventing us from booking. But, during times like this it definitely has my spidey senses tingling.
@Nicholas541 The Airbnb interface can be extremely glitchy. Sometimes if you are having difficulty, switching from the phone app to the desktop version, or trying with a different browser can solve the problem. Something to try, anyway, if you haven't already.
I listened to your advice and I tried Edge, Chrome and Firefox. Still no luck. I appreciate your help. This is a shame
ive been switching back and forth for the past 2 hours. I think they are doing something to deliberately prevent us from making reservations. without directly telling us. I contacted support and they said someone else would be getting in touch with me. I asked when and how - phone or message? and they didnt even reply.
This is like being ghosted from airbnb after 6 years.

I have been contacting the customer services for the same issues. They replied that they would try their best to solve this, but now no responses at all. Such a great services they do.
Reported the same problem today. I am trying to update trip details to discuss pricing with the host. It still shows my old dates and there is now way to update.

I'm having the same problem. I jumped through all the hoops with a chat person and they eventually said I needed help from an Airbnb specialist. Dreading to think that could take months!? This is pathetic customer service.
I am simply sharing what my sentiment is regarding this error code. So hope I'm not going to be burned at the stake.
I had a dispute that I was trying to get resolved for 7 months and then FINALLY we were able to settle for a $250 coupons code sent to me via AIRBNB'S support team member/ambassador. Directly after this code was given to me,this began to happen. I've even tried reserving weeks in advance, same day, private room, entire home, hotels and TO NO AVAIL. IM PREGNANT AND WORK 12 HR SHIFTS AS AN R.N. AND I ENDED UP HAVING TO SLEEP IN MY VEHICLE FOR 2 1/2 DAYS WITH EMPTY PROMISES OF "SOMEONE WILL BE REACHING OUT TO YOU". The customer service has been absolutely atrocious in my opinion. I've been with Airbnb since the jump. Have invested thousands of dollars and I feel absolutely DISAPPOINTED to say the least with the service I've received in turn for being such a loyal customer all these years. EVEN IF I DIDNT WANT TO USE MY SO-CALLED COUPON OV $250, IT WONT EVEN ALLOW ME TO PAY WITH MY VERY OWN MASTERCARD WHICH OF COURSE GAS BEEN VERIFIED 10 TIMES OVER. PRIOR TO MY RECEIVING THE HEXED CODE, MY ACCOUNT WAS RANDOMLY DEACTIVATED WITH ZERO EXPLANATION AND NO CONCERN ABOUT ANY TYPE OF REPERCUSSIONS OR MISHAPS OR ANY HARDSHIPS THAT OCCURED AS A RESULT OF THAT.THEN SUDDENLY A FEW DAYS LATER, I RECEIVED AN EMAIL STATING OOPS, SORRY, OUR BAD ...ACCOUNT'S BACK IN ACTION. BEST OF LUCK. TATA. AND I WAS CONFUSED. WHATEVER I INTERFACE OR AI OR ALGORITHM OR "TECHNICAL BUG OR ISSUES" THEY MAY OR MAY NOT BE HAVING SHOULD HAVE BEEN RESOLVED IMMIDIATELY. Same here. Feels like being GHOSTED by AirBNB after 6 years of being a Super HOST.
I had to cancel 2 reservations. and I think they are punishing me and have flagged my account or something. Instead of telling me directly. they are just sending me error codes when I try to book a new reservation for a month long stay.
These were the reasons for my 2 cancellations: 1) the host started texting me nonstop on my phone number as soon as I reserved her place talking about the 8-pages of legal documents she wanted me to sign in order to stay with her, including huge clauses about how if anything in the building goes wrong I would have to leave. This was for mold, or infestations, fumigations, work on the building. It was so totally not normal. So I contacted Airbnb to cancel the stay. Before I arrived. and within 24 hours of booking. 2) Second cancellation was because the host said OOPS those dates are not available... and asked me to contact Airbnb to cancel. again, within 24 hours of booking, and far in advance of my arrival. BOTH times both the hosts were in agreement and also said it was ok to cancel.
And now i can't book anywhere to stay. And airbnb wont even reply to the messages.

No fixes. They are not even replying to my requests for help. Ive been a host since 2015.
