Hi all
I have my listing already to go . However can’t find my host account page to upload my short term rental registration number from our NSW government. I use the app and only have an iPhone .
You have done the google search for help but can find my account page either. All I have is my profile my listing and my travels

There is no listing under your profile - have you not gone live yet?
==>You need to make sure you have the latest version of Airbnb uploaded on your iphone
==>When you are on Airbnb, you'll see profile bottom right hand corner. Click and you'll see a pop up black screen that allows you to switch from guest mode to host mode.
==>Right at the bottom you should see Listings - click to access your work in progress?
If you get onto your listing and you see on the left hand side "Listing Editor" check out those three lines one on top of the other that you see top right hand corner.
Click and scroll down to Regulations. This is where we can enter our government registration number
If this doesn't do the trick, a screen shot may help us to see where the problem lies

thanks for your reply. I can’t make my listing go live because I can’t upload my STRA NSW govt registration number in my account page. I found my account page-but no section for putting my registration no. I tried to send u a screen shot here but says not permitted.
I am on Account page with my profile showing first

We're in different countries so maybe our interface is different but for me it's not under Account page - I have to go onto my listing. Here is a recent conversation on a similar issue with screen shots but you'll notice that some hosts have the Regulations section missing so you'll need to call customer service.
Have also included an Airbnb link on your exact topic but again you'll see that you have to enter your number under Regulations. Hopefully an Australian host will chime in to help you out.
