Welcome to our unique and extraordinary Airbnb, where you'll embark on a one-of-a-kind experience like no other. Situated on the 2nd floor of a unique converted Silo in La Parguera, Puerto Rico. You will have stunning views from the rooftop, the best place to have your coffee in the morning looking the sunrise...and the stars at night. We have floating chairs for the pool and if you need a cooler for the beach as well as beach chairs can be lend.
The space
As you enter, you'll be immediately struck by the innovative design and architectural marvel of the space. The sturdy and comfortable bunk bed provide a fun and functional sleeping arrangement, perfect for families, friends, or solo travelers seeking a memorable stay. Adjacent to the bunk bed area, you'll find a comfortable sofa bed. The bathroom is well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for your convenience.
To ensure your comfort, the Silo is equipped with air conditioning, a mini fridge, and a smart TV. As an added bonus, this extraordinary Airbnb offers access to a pool. Take a refreshing dip in the pool and relax! If there are people staying in the other room (silito), the pool and common areas like the terrace and kitchen areas are shared with those persons. Please be aware about that.
Guest access
This converted Silo has 5 floors. The 1st floor has a terrace, the kitchen and the pool, 2nd floor your room, 3rd floor owner's room, 4th its another room and 5th floor spectacular roof top terrace with stunning views of the mountains of Monte del Estado and the Lajas Valley great for watching the stars, sunrise and sunset.
You have plenty of kitchen amenities for cooking, including a coffee maker, toaster, coffee, milk, and sugar, among other spices for your own usage, plus pots and pans. Glasess and dishes for your own usage. You can store your food on the fridge. There is also a BBQ on the downstaris terrace.
During your stay
The owners are around mainly during the weekends, but I'm happy to answer any questions over the phone anytime. There might be a chance that some other guests will be at the Silito (room located on the first floor besides the pool) during your stay and might have the possibility of sharing the pool and common areas like kitchen and terraces. Please note that People who bring pets to the premises can't leave them in the room adobe thanks

The house is located in La Parguera, Puerto Rico. Beautiful views to the Lajas Valley and just 5 minutes by car to the beach and to La Parguera town, 20 minutes to Guánica and Cabo Rojo, 30 minutes to San German
