Views not showing on my devices

I have know bookings for April and may my phone and laptop say I have no views and 7 wish list but Airbnb say i have 18000 views and 56 wish list

Any ideas?

Hi @Patricia3749 .. a mystery..

I have now looked at your site.. so you should see at least 1 view show up in the next couple of days 🙂

It looks like your last review was October last year. Have you been "off the market" for since? If so.. the booking activity may have taken your search profile down also... harder for potential guest to find..

May I suggest that you make some changes to your content on-line... eg change a pic or wording... this seems to reactivate the search engine to recognize your listing with the new activity.

Have you closed your app/ browser.. then reopened. Also clear the bowser cache? this may refresh your data.

Otherwise... remains a mystery... May/ June/ July bookings look good for you (or you have blocked those nights...)

When you say your phone and laptop vs Airbnb, could you clarify where you are looking?

Thank you the problem is that when I spoke to support team the said that the listing had over a 1000 views and 56 wish I can only read that I have 20 views and 8 wish list .

And know bookings for the April-May .its very unusual. Thank you Trisha

Thank you for clarifying @Patricia3749! Did the Support team mention which time period these views they quoted were for? Perhaps they were looking at a different time scale than what you are looking at in your Insights section?
