The biggest thing I saw is your subtitle says your listing is for 6 guests, but you only have 1 bedroom and only show one bed in the Where You'll Sleep Section?
Photos
Your photos show another bedroom with bunk beds? The King bed and two bunk beds would be adequate for 4 guests. Do you have a sleeper sofa? You'll need to have at least the bedroom "Rooms" in the photo tour and choose the type/number of beds under sleeping arrangements to correct the sub title and Where You'll Sleep section. If you have a sleeper sofa in the living room, then add the sofa bed to the sleeping arrangements for the living room and I would take a photo with the sofa bed pulled out and with sheets, pillows blankets on it.
Keep one other Room with no photos in it to be able to choose the order of photos in a grid instead of using the entire photo tour. I would put at least one beach photo in your top 5 since guests can walk to the beach. Pretty much every condo bldg in Florida is gonna have a pool and gym, so those are not unique amenities.
Captions on ALL Photos
Most of your photos don't have captions. Guests need to know not only what they are seeing in the photos, but what they can do or enjoy in the space depicted. For example, you have a picture of a elevated walkway between bldgs, but no caption on the photo?
Cover Photo
I would use a drone shot from above/behind the condo bldg looking towards the beach so guests can see how close you are to it.
Remove Photo of Remote Instructions
I would delete the photo explaining how to use the remote (just leave the note inside the listing) and it also contains your WiFi name and password...you don't want that shown in the photos for security reasons.
Availability
You have alot of dates blocked out on the calendar? Are those reservations or for personal use? New Listings can't afford to have limited availability, as this greatly reduces the possibility your listing will be seen in guest searches.
New Listing Strategy
Hosts have a limited window to get at least 5 bookings with 5-star reviews in the first 4weeks after listing. This is because Airbnb only provides a boost in search results for about 4 weeks. Incorrect and/or missing information on the listing and limited availability has really had a negative impact (I would think) on bookings. You'll have to play "catch-up" now and the only way to do that would be to fix the errors on the listing, lower your price, and remove blocked dates (if possible) to increase availability.

thank you . The program defaulted to sleep six. I will change to 5. We have a pull out for one, 2 bunk beds and a king in the master. we have almost all of JUne booked because of VRBIO, one is personal.
thank you @Joan2709, I've made price changes, and description on Pictures. Should help... thank you,
Again 5 months not one request or visit. fingers crossed.

Good job on making those changes! You really need to fix the number of bedrooms in the photos though. Right now you are still only showing one bedroom. Add the second bedroom to your photo tour and move the bunk beds photo to that room. Then choose the sleeping arrangements:
Keep in mind that if you do well on one platform (Vrbo) that will naturally mean your calendar on Airbnb will be blocked by those reservations from Vrbo. This means when guests search on Airbnb, they will not even see your listing appear as those dates are already reserved on Vrbo. For this reason, I usually suggest Hosts wait about 3 weeks after listing on Airbnb before they try to list on Vrbo. This gives them the opportunity to get those first 5 bookings on Airbnb that are so important for the future success of the listing. Once you get those bookings on Airbnb, I then advise to list on other platforms. You'll generally find you do well on one platform or the other, but not on both. It's still a good idea to be listed on multiple platforms.
I completely understand how frustrating it can be not to receive any inquiries or bookings, especially after putting effort into setting up your listing. But don’t get discouraged — it often comes down to a few small adjustments that can make a big difference.
@Joan2709 has shared some excellent points. It's so important that your listing accurately reflects your sleeping arrangements and includes clear photos with captions. Guests want to understand exactly what they're getting, especially when it comes to space and amenities.
You might also consider lowering your nightly rate temporarily to encourage your first few bookings and reviews — this helps improve visibility in search results. Be sure to double-check your calendar too; having too many blocked dates can reduce your chances of being found in guest searches.
Wishing you the best of luck — once you make these updates, I’m confident you’ll start to see more activity!
