We have no new bookings

Hi there, does anyone has an idea,why we do not have new bookings? What should be wrong with our ad/conditions?

it is high season now in December. We always give water and good wine (not cheap), few coffee capsules, rating is 4.8

I have to reduce probably the minimum stay.

Your place is beautiful and the view is wonderful.

To gain more bookings I would reduce the minimum nights to 2-3 and check prices in your area to make sure you are competitive.
