We just became Superhosts but still having trouble seeing our home in any category.

So we just became Superhosts, but if you just open the app or the website and without inputting any area, dates or number of guests and just look at the map, we don't see our home.  It defaults to "Cabin" Category, and if you just want to look around you won't see our place.  Also, is there a special Customer Service that we get to use now that is Better??? than the regular CS?

I also became a super host in this cycle and I tried the customer service today. The only difference I noticed was when I asked to speak to a supervisor, there was a supervisor available and they transferred me as opposed to wait 6 hours for a call back.
