Yes, I do the same. I'm very new to Airbnb, have only hade one very lovely couple stay with me, but I have 3 upcoming bookings. 2 within the next week.
I have messaged to ask which type of milk they would like...full fat, low fat, soy, or almond.
Have also asked if vegan or vegetarian, and whether any of the family (2 parents and 3 children!) have food allergies (esp. Nut).
I will provide cupcakes and drinks on arrival, and basic breakfast items for their first morning (beef bacon, eggs, yogurt, croissants, juice etc).
Please wish me luck...I'm quite nervous. I want everything to be perfect so I get a 5 rating.
2 of the children are girls (10 and 6 yo), so I thought it will be cute to put some pink fairy lights in the room they'll be sleeping in. And I have a cute 'bug' nightlight for the wall which I'll put in the boy's room (4 yo).
I'm probably really overthinking everything, but I guess that's normal in the beginning(?) 😊😊

@Taher18 We supply all of the items you mentioned.
I also have blow dryer, curling iron, flat iron, new hair ties, hairspray in the bathroom.
Robes and slippers for use of our hot tub.
We usually leave 3 rolls of toliet paper.
We pretty much have all the basic cooking necessities: spices, cooking spray, oil, butter. Foil, storage bags, cling wrap, take away containers.
Full coffee and tea set up. Keurig, electric kettle, french press, drip coffee, frother. K cups, tea box, hot cocoa packets, honey spoons, creamer, sugar.
In the refrigerator I leave: mini cans of soda, bottled water, Brita water pitcher, one bottle white wine, a couple of beers. Butter, ketchup, mayo, mustard, balsamic, jelly.
I leave a basket of individual size snacks including packets of oatmeal.
Gas grill, fire pit with wood, patio heaters.
We want our guest to be able to settle in and relax after traveling.
