I just found out that my guest (short term 3 mths) is using my Airbnb Address for applying credit cards & car loan, I'm so no...
Absolutely, I agree with you. With that in mind, do you have any key things you mention in your listing to make it stand out?
I haven’t changed my listing title since I joined . I like it and seems to work. My condo is on the Island of Oahu in Hawaii, parking your rental car is about $45-60USD per day , my parking is free , so I let them know . “I NEED A VACATION!FREE PARKING!!”
Everyone loves free parking! 🏎
If that is a unique aspect on the Island, then I bet your listing draws a lot of attention? @Gordana70
I'm glad someone’s bringing this up! titles are super important for getting more eyes on your listing.
A simple formula that works well is (Adjective) + (Property Type) + (Feature/Location) (like "Cozy Cabin with Mountain Views"). Keeping it clear and within the character limit makes a big difference.
Also, avoid ALL CAPS (it can look unprofessional) and skip the emojis since they go against Airbnb’s Content Policy.
One more tip, try tweaking your title seasonally! Highlight ski access in winter or a beachfront vibe in summer to attract more guests throughout the year. 😊
Hello @Jelena262 👋
How did you discover the formula for your listings? I do love the seasonal title ideas @Catherine3503 also shared that they change theirs seasonally - although, it might vary depending on location.
What would you suggest for someone who didn't have beach or ski access to adjust their listing title?
Good question! Even if you don’t have beach or ski access, you can still tweak your title based on what guests might be looking for in different seasons.
For example:
In summer, highlight outdoor perks like a patio, BBQ, or even just great AC.
In winter, mention cozy vibes like fireplaces, heated floors, or even being near holiday markets.
If you’re in a city, you can call out big seasonal events or how close you are to popular spots.
Basically, just think about what would make your place extra appealing depending on the time of year and work that into your title! 🙂
and regarding the formula, I actually came across it in a blog by a brand called autorank and found it really useful! I’ve seen a big difference when titles highlight key features in a natural way
My title is, Views, Private Hot Tub, Patio, Fire Pit & Yard. I wish I could list more, because we are currently adding a sauna and cold plunge! By the way, I wish the would add a searchable filter for a sauna. I think VRBO has that. Some people love them.
This is a great suggestion re the sauna. I believe there have been requests in the past regarding this. Have you left feedback for Airbnb?
Hello Rebbeca
I, too, am new to hosting, so when I created listing titles, I applied a simple formula.
[Adjective] [Property Type] + [Top Features]. Once I drafted a few stabs at the title, trying to keep it at the suggested 50-60 spaces, I used an online title analysis tool * to help refine the final version. Many experienced hosts also evaluate the popularity of keywords to decide which words have the best potential.

Hello @Rebecca ,
I agree about the importance of the title, mainly because many people is about the only thing they read when searching.
We highlight in the title everything that make us unique, even if it can get a bit long, that will also make you stand out from the rest. Our title includes: Private villa, stunning ocean view, private outdorr jacuzzi and pool.
For us is working very well, we had the same from the beginning 6 years ago, it is not easy to be seen in the Canaries with so many listings.
Best Regards.
Susana from Zen Republic.
Thank you so much for sharing @Susana674 - it's great that it's working! As they say "If it's not broken, don't fix it!"
Do you keep it the same the whole year round?
Yes, it remains all the same the whole year around. we host guests from all Europe during all year, also Spanish guests although mainly in summer months.
