Yes, it remains all the same the whole year around. we host guests from all Europe during all year, also Spanish guests although mainly in summer months.
That's fantastic - I suppose the mild climate is fantastic for year round hosting?
Did you always have the title the same or did you play around with it to get the right one?
Hilight something to make your listing stand out, after learning who you serve.
Hi @Tyson79 😊,
Thank you for sharing this here!
What do you think makes your listing stand out?
Warm regards 🌻

Good question. There is not a lot of characters available, so I chose the thing that I think would attract more clicks. No cleaning fees. I don't know how much gravity that has, but my listing is doing well currently.
I believe Your Title is like Keywords....
What is your target market.....
City, Countyside
Cottage, Estate or Villa
Swimming Pool vs Infinity Pool
or Comfy
Think of the things you most enjoy about the property, pick keywords, and even enlist the help of ChatGPT to spice it up.
In addition to actual words think of personality - are you attracting more somber, more world travelers, more young families and match the chat with an (active word) that is like your consumer interest...
Mine is:
Luxury, Privacy, Infinity Pool, River Escapes ( escape is my active word) while the other are descriptive. I am hoping Privacy and Escape secretly appeal to the subconcious to those that don't want to be in the crowds, the neighborhoods... just peace and quiet and fun and natural.... I also often use the word Tranquility when I have room.
Love that title formula @Rebecca2294 💡 Thanks so much for sharing! Some hosts were saying that they went through some trial and error with their listing titles. Have you experienced the same?
@Rebecca At first, we had a title that we felt would endear guests to our listing, but we soon realised that we needed to find a way to describe the listing and highlight a key feature. So we settled on a listing description that we feel best describes what the unit is "Garden Cottage..." and highlights that it is in a well-known area in Cape Town "...in Noordhoek Valley".
Super simple and very fitting for your listing @Chris23377. Do you think that you would play around with it to add more or do you think it's successful how it is?
