Wondering if anyone knows what the little black dot on some of my calendar dates indicate?

I contacted Airbnb customer service and asked why I was seeing black dots on my calendar. Here is her response:
“Okay the dots are notifying you that those dates are low booking probability. The dates that have the black dots.“
I thought it was funny because this was of no use to me. I was already totally booked for the dates with black dots!
I also noticed these dots showing up. There was another thread about “red dots” on calendar and it was about lowering price to get more bookings. So, maybe, Black means the price is below average?
I tried changing the amounts too but didn’t seem to make a difference, plus it has dots on some days that are already booked. Doesn’t seem to affect bookings but just seems odd.
I did see the postings about red dots as well but that must be something different. Just another mystery for now. Thank you though
@Willene1 I recently read a thread either here or in a different group and someone answered the black dots represented high demand dates. I’m not sure if it’s true or not, maybe someone else from the community will pipe up.
@Katrina79 @Emiel1 @Shaun322
I think Katrina was correct.
I clicked on the Details tab of my calendar and it says in those dates “popular date” so I guess that’s all it means. Just letting us know I guess. Not much we can do about it but good to know.
Thought I’d best post the answer in case someone else searches this thread. Thank you all for your replies!
I think it’s funny/weird that we have to ask the”community” about something that Airbnb should really be providing information. This is all too common. This is the only place to get information on the app, rules, features... also the only place to complain or suggest improvements in Airbnb service.
@Lauren338 I agree, it's so ridiculous. Any other website or calendar would have a little explanation below it that tells you what all the symbols denote. I really don't understand what is wrong with the Airbnb programmers. How do they think we are supposed to know what their different color dots and symbols mean? It's like some secret society.
Ok. Tkx for letting me know the the price may be under average! However, if reservations are slow, I’m not INCREASING the price!!
blah blah blah!!
The calender has a legend : The "question mark" icon. But it seems Airbnb forgot to include the "black dot" item. So for now i assume it means: on those dates Airbnb CS can not be reached at all ! ;>)

Good to know. My bookings fill up right over those black dots. My host however says two of her other properties she hosts DO NOT have dots on their calendar. I wasn’t able to read all the responses on this thread but do you think it has to do with superhosts?
LOL
I keep trying to respond- error
Don't you have this legend in your Calendar? I have it, but popular dates are shown with a different sign
Good to know! Thank for posting the screenshot
