What’s one change that increased your bookings? 📈

Hello everyone! 🤗

I hope you all are having a wonderful week . Often, when we first create our listing, we don’t include all the items or spaces we’d like, saving that for later when everything is more organized and settled. Others, on the other hand, add everything they have in mind right from the start and then include those special little details that make all the difference.

I’d love to ask: What’s one change that increased your bookings? Maybe air conditioning for the summer, a game console in one of the rooms, or even a basketball hoop? 🏀

I’m looking forward to reading your answers. 👀

Best,
Alex

Really the only change I've made, but the most important change to get listings was price. I started off slow and then started getting several listings so my wife suggested we raise the price. We raised it $20 and listings immediately stopped. It wasn't until I researched the market and lowered the price back to where we had it originally that I started getting busy.  Know, your market and where you should be pricing.

@Les13114 The change I will make is to make sure the full bathroom appears correctly on Airbnb, there is a glitch and I believe this will increase bookings significantly 🙏🏼
