What to do with messy guests?
Hey folks, how do you all deal with a guess that made a mess and cooperate to pay for Extra cleaning and I want to give reviews about their stay .

Extra cleaning fees? Some guests are very dirty and some are very very clean, there exists every guest in between….
If something is damaged, ripped, missing, stained, broken, scratched..then you need to take photos of these problem areas prior to your next guest checking in, to document.
if there is a high $ item, we contact support first, prior to contacting the guest, to ensure we are up to speed on any changes to damage, repairs or replacement policies in the T&C we may have missed during an update.
Review about being dirty? You could say, it .took us extra time to clean.. but take care with this, as we find guests prior to booking read the reviews we write regarding past guests

@Hitop0 If you don't feel comfortable leaving a review after they made a mess, you can skip it. With previous guests, I had the same scenario that they agreed to pay and they were willing to cooperate to resolve the claim, I still left them a good and honest review. When leaving a review for the guest, it’s important to remain honest and objective. Hope this helps!
