If something is damaged, ripped, missing, stained, broken, scratched..then you need to take photos of these problem areas prior to your next guest checking in, to document.
if there is a high $ item, we contact support first, prior to contacting the guest, to ensure we are up to speed on any changes to damage, repairs or replacement policies in the T&C we may have missed during an update.
